• Aspirations in interviewing for Entertainment News. Some of the people/ bands I have interviewed so far are; Hollerado, Jim Treliving, Ryan Butler, Mayday Parade and Matthew Good band. 
• Passion for speaking and communicating through all media outlets (ie. social media, radio and television)
• Extremely skilled in writing, producing, and editing for radio, television and the web
• Ability to be self motivated while also working well with others in a team setting.
• Comfortable and a very fast learner with many computer editing software programs (ie. Microsoft Word, Power Point, Adobe Audition, Newsroom and more)

This summer I worked with Rock 95 & Kool FM in Barrie and now I am currently in my second year at Fanshawe in the Broadcast Journalism program. I absolutely love it and I make sure to take on every opportunity that arises.

Employment History:


December 9th 2013 - January 4 2014: Global TV News (Shaw Media) The Morning Show, Toronto, Ontario.
- Assisted in the production, writing and researching aspect of The Morning Show
- Helped run a smooth show with other team members
- Ran errands around the office
- Participated on-air for presentations and demos on the show
- Researched potential interview subjects/ guests & contacted to arrange when they are to arrive at the studio
- Worked along side the whole Morning Show Team on Bloor including all hosts (Leslie Robers, Liza Fromer, Liem Vu, Kris Reyes, Antony Robart & Rosey Edeh)
- Assisted in greeting guests on the show and letting them in to wait for their turn on air, also asking if they would like tea or coffee while they wait.

April – July 2013: Central Ontario Broadcasting (Rock95 & KoolFM), Barrie, Ontario.

-  Promoting both stations at live events, festivals and businesses
-  Setting up promotional equipment and socializing with potential customers
-  Update postings on both station’s websites/ social media
-  Recording weekly promos to be aired on 107.5 Kool FM.
-  Doing live on location on-air live cut-ins for 107.5 Kool FM and their Tim Horton’s partner
-  Driving the company vehicles to events (including fuelling and washing them)
-  Bringing my outgoing personality to every single event.

-  -Submitted many photos taken by myself to the newspaper to be used in articles
